Current and Ongoing Research Projects
Morality/Ethics in Relationships. This research, in collaboration with the YourMorals.org research group, examines personal standards for acceptable/unacceptable behavior in the context of close relationships (e.g., friendships, romantic relationships).
Motivations for Infidelity. This research builds on previous work examining why people choose to engage in infidelity (cheating behavior) in romantic relationships. We ask people to indicate why they cheated on their partners in past/current relationships.
Attraction and Dating Processes. This research examines romantic attraction as commonly experienced through face-to-face interactions and through dating apps (e.g., Tinder). All University of Maryland undergraduates are eligible to participate. For more information, please click here.
